Pros
Professionalism, respect and empowerment seem to run central to the ethos here. From the plentiful soft perks that are given to staff to the amount of training on offer, it's clear that Talon are happy to invest and empower their talent. I've worked at several businesses of a similar size and Talon really do seem to be several cuts above.
Cons
Yet to discover any, although perhaps a little more investment in IT tech could be useful. I may have just been unlucky in getting a string of dodgy laptops.
