It's so pleasing to read that you call out career development, promotion and work environment as Pro's as we work incredibly hard to make this the case. 48% of our vacancies in the last year have been filled internally and we're really proud of that as it means we're providing real opportunities for our colleagues to progress. I agree that we are a very fast paced business in line with our industry and this does create pressure to some extent but also creates the opportunities for people to thrive and progress. We also have many internal events to bring the element of fun and support into play such as our external speakers, internal networks, competitions etc which I hope you agree adds to the great work environment we have.
