Two Stage, technical plus personal. Also asked to complete a short presentation about first 30 days in post. The interview panel was polite and made the session very comfortable. During the Q and A standard questions about previous experience was covered.

Interview
Applied for job in November, got contacted in late January. Two rounds, first with hiring manager, second interview presenting an assignment to hiring manager + colleague. Both went really well, got on so well with the manager.
There would have been a third and final interview, but the company decided to put the role on hold - after several interviews, time and resource spent on creating presentations, waiting for a reply for 2,5 weeks, got the message: "Due to the ongoing organisational design work within the business, we’ve made the decision to move in a different direction and, as a result, have placed this role on hold for now."
From a no-reply address no less, signed off from the "Talent Acquisition Team". Stellar candidate experience there from a mature company.
