Pros
The team of people they have assembled is absolutely brilliant—genuinely talented and supportive people. The office snacks are a nice touch, with plenty of options, and the four-day workweek is a perk. There are also occasional socials and lunch treats, which help lighten the atmosphere.
Cons
A significant portion of the management team is made up of family and there is no human resources department. No proper channel to address serious concerns leaving the only option as directly with management. Throughout 2024 and 2025, a large number of employees were sacked without any transparency whilst several chose to leave. Meanwhile duties of former colleagues are quietly redistributed without recognition or appropriate compensation.
Bullying from management is a pervasive concern which I have experienced and been witness to. The manner which management has operated towards me has been demeaning and unpleasant, creating an environment where voicing concerns feels risky due to the fear of retaliation. A shame to admit, but the reality is the workplace runs on a culture of fear and paranoia.
