Pros

Talhive is a fast-growing, high-ownership environment where you get to work closely with founders and leadership from day one. There’s strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment, client management, and strategic hiring conversations, which really accelerates learning. The culture is collaborative and merit-driven—good work is noticed and rewarded. You’re encouraged to take initiative, think independently, and build long-term client and candidate relationships rather than operate in a transactional way. Great place to grow if you’re ambitious and want to understand how search and consulting actually works.

Cons

As with any growing company, processes are still evolving. Some structure and documentation can continue to improve as the team scales.

Pros

None, I didn't like anything about it

Cons

I had a very toxic and negative experience with this organisation. People, work culture, policies everything was bad, it's beyond toxic! I read one review about "google reviews" or something, it's not fake but they surely force their employees to collect reviews from candidates, they even set a target for collecting Google reviews and it was added into employee KPIs. They literally forced us to collect them that's for sure. Also, they used to bash people if someone gave 4 star as reviews, it was mandatory to collect only 5 star reviews. Compensation was so bad, they literally paid peanuts! Also, maximum amount i.e. almost 40-45% of CTC was variable (performance based) They had almost 90-95% female employees, no male employees whatsoever hardly 2-3 including CEO. Moral: I would never recommend anyone to work here.

Dear Y, Thank you for your feedback. We take all employee experiences seriously, but we must clarify that this review does not reflect the values or the truth of our organization. It’s unfortunate that your time with us did not work out, as we strive to create a supportive and high-performing environment. Our team includes individuals who have been with us for several years and have grown within a setup that values excellence, collaboration, and accountability. We believe that our organizational culture fosters growth and development, and this is evident from the long tenure of several of our employees. The points you’ve raised about Google reviews and performance-based compensation do not accurately reflect our policies. We do encourage employee feedback in many forms but do not mandate or set any performance targets around Google reviews. We also pride ourselves on offering competitive compensation that is linked to performance, which is standard practice in many industries. Furthermore, your comment regarding the gender ratio in our company is troubling. We are a remote, diverse company and actively champion inclusivity, regardless of gender, background, or identity. Your remarks are not only inaccurate but also sexist and do not reflect the values of respect and integrity we uphold. We believe in empowering all individuals to thrive in our work environment. We understand that not every experience aligns with expectations, and we wish you the best in your future endeavours. However, your comments here speak more to your own biases than to the company's reality. It’s essential for everyone to understand how our words and perspectives shape the work culture, and we hope this feedback helps you reflect on the importance of fostering a positive and respectful environment in any setting.
