I was interviewed for a Back-end developer role. Screening itself was a mess. they asked to send my project brief via message. Again more and more things by typing manually that too in more rush, though I have already shared all in call and resume. But after that i didn't received any update. Expecting feedback about this is a very formal idea. After more follow back I got reply back.

3/4 rounds, questions about your experience - focused on the numbers and the value you’d be bringing in. Sometimes a task is also given, evaluating your HR analytical skills. Final call taken by the cofounder and founder of the company
