We do encourage employee feedback in many forms but do not mandate or set any performance targets around Google reviews. We also pride ourselves on offering competitive compensation that is linked to performance, which is standard practice in many industries.
Furthermore, your comment regarding the gender ratio in our company is troubling. We are a remote, diverse company and actively champion inclusivity, regardless of gender, background, or identity. Your remarks are not only inaccurate but also sexist and do not reflect the values of respect and integrity we uphold. We believe in empowering all individuals to thrive in our work environment.
