Salary increases have been getting worse every year, and there’s almost no room for growth, especially if you don’t have friends in high places. Stress, excessive pressure, and burnout are becoming the norm, especially since the current CTO came on board, who has a certain disdain for the workforce he found upon arrival. Talent.com was a great promise, which today is being inevitably devoured by its competition
