Pros
I have been with Talend for almost 5 years now. Have seen massive change during that time and the recent changes of the last 18 months have been nothing short of epic, let me tell you why: 1) Leadership team in place has seen it and done it before and has put the company on a great path 2) The products are industry leading and have clear differentiation - a salesman's dream !! 3) The opportunity to earn is fantastic, I have earned more every year - you have to perform of course 4) The targets are achievable 5) Pre IPO - and with a leadership that will get us there !! 6) Has a start-up feel with agility but robust back end processes and sales methodologies which provides stability 7) Hot Market - its all about Big Data which is growing at 13% whilst Talend is outperforming the market at 30% !! Nothing more to add - great opportunity with jobs available - a company you should look at !!
Cons
Not many cons (or I wouldn't be here), the few that come to mind is: 1) Could do with more marketing budget (so could everyone I expect) !! 2) Not enough collaboration globally with the sales teams outside of yearly SKO 3) No car 4) Its hard work and expect to put a shift, however you will handsomely rewarded for your efforts and performance
