Pros

Smart, professional, appreciative and helpful people. A clear mission; Cure Cancer. No micromanagers. Management allows you to be the professional that you are. Detailed and extensive published Policies and Procedures. (Now I know why I was required to take "Policy" my senior year at Babson.) Well mainatined offices and grounds. Graeat morale and company wide events.

Cons

Based on my two years of experience working in IT there, I can't think of a Con. Still happily employed.

Pros

Great Benefits, it is world class!

Cons

HR is not supportive when requiring help. People abuse the short term disability and nothing is done. The site head is abusive and denigrates people in public making them cry. The environment is toxic and political. People only care about getting product out the door. There is .no regard for people. All the right buzz words like psychological safety and respect are written everywhere, just rarely practiced. If poor management behavior is confronted, you will be terminated.
