Pros

Some very talented people, great product, learned a lot about the industry.

Cons

A lot of the positive reviews on here are fake - HR asks upper management to write positive reviews. There are many talented and great people working here but upper management is so poor you would never know it. It feels like a very sneaky/shady environment, often your work is presented by your manager. The CEO is a true brat who shows up once in a blue moon, meanwhile no final decision can be made without him. After 20 years in the business they still don't know how to manage production or their sales team. HR is absolutely unapproachable and the office in NY is absolutely disgusting. Company morale is low, they make no effort to change it and as a result there is a high turnover rate. They take serious advantage of young professionals, offering little growth and little salaries.

My experience has been very positive. The company feels like it’s in a strong growth phase with great traction, which creates a lot of opportunity to make an impact early on. It’s definitely a fast-paced and evolving workplace, so being adaptable and proactive is key.
