Thank you for sharing your experience working at TWIA. We genuinely value employee feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We're sorry to hear that your experience has not met expectations. It’s true that TWIA does not offer bonuses. If you were promised one, we encourage you to report this to our Human Resources department. What we do offer is a comprehensive range of compensation benefits, including annual increases based on employee performance, an annual benchmarking process to ensure our salaries remain competitive with similar employers in the region, 401(k) retirement plans, a pension plan, opportunities for career development, and programs focused on physical and mental well-being. We are aware that the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program does not currently recognize TWIA as a public or not-for-profit organization, despite our non-profit status and previous recognition. We are actively working to resolve this issue.

Pros

The people! The culture is amazing...hands down. If life is stressful for you here, in a remote environment, then you have other issues in life to work out. Like how can that be?! Everyone is willing to help. Those that don't cut it, already tend to have nasty ways.

Cons

Only downfall is the pay.
