Great airline, especially if starting out - Cabin Crew TUI Group Employee Review

Fixed term contracts are 6 months on/6 months off which isn’t ideal, the wait for full time at my base was 10 years minimum which isn’t always practical, the rosters can be quite inconsistent but easy to swap and pick up flights, no staff travel perks you only earn concession towards Tui holiday on years worked which can only be earnt if PPY contract (I was fixed term)
