      - Exposure to all parts of the company: Great learning experience. - supportive atmosphere, positive management. - subsidised weekday canteen in head office. - free parking at work - great learning resources / courses in company - clear development and progression framework - eligible for annual pay review and possible bonus

      Cons

      - 24/7 role, so night working (12 hours) involved. - No possibility of hybrid working. Office based only - pretty much tied to the phones on shift
