      - local airports offering mixed haul flights - lovely people to work with - great pay - decent trips

      Cons

      - no full year contracts given out unless you’ve been there 10 years plus - people from other bases being allowed to transfer into your base knocking you further down the seniority list - everything is done on seniority instead of merit
