Pros
The benefits are the best bit about working for TUI. Although you do need to work with them for a few years to start getting them. Cheap holidays and extra discounts on everything travel related
Cons
Management in the company is awful. You are definitely just a number here. They preach about wellbeing but fail to help when in need. Too many targets to hit including little things that no other sales business asks for? If you don’t hit them then no pay rise. No work life balance. Expected to have TEAMS/work Facebook/emails on personal phone which constantly brings in notifications.
