Great colleagues, sociable, occasional travel perks, fun products and lots of long- serving employees with passion and loyalty for the company.
Cons
Constant switches in strategy and confused direction from senior managers, short-termism to bring in numbers, lack of funding to investment, below average salaries, lots of poor people managers and resistance to change, ancient systems which restrict what can be developed.
