Pros
- Great way to lose weight. I lost 7 kg in one month because of walking without any vehicle. In two days, they force me to walk 35 km. and when I asked them to rest for a day, my manager told me that "don't cry like a little girl" (funny part, my manager was a woman) - Food was really good.
Cons
- Very incompetent it manager. She has no idea about any general IT topic. - Unbalanced life/work style. 6 days in a week - Terrible management. - There is no documentation about anything. Most of the infrastructure relies on 2 or 3 people's knowledge - Zero orientation. I was actually a pre-sales engineer and I told the management I have never work for the tourism sector. They forced me to prepare 3 full-blown holiday village in 1 month. - very hostile work environment - There is no sign of working a multinational company - IT staff is quite ignorant about IT world - No chance to improve your career - No chance to get training about any IT topic - VERY low salary. I have earned 600 Euro for a month and i worked nearly every day - No desk for work. yes I didn't have a desk or room. when I asked the management about it. they say you need to wait for this. It was ridiculous
