We are working hard to improve communications so colleagues feel included – improvements to our intranets, video updates, weekly newsletters, feedback surveys, colleague forums to name a few. We do benchmark our overall rewards package and have recently introduced a colleague share scheme and our recent colleague holiday offers have been fantastic! All the best for the future.
