Toxic marketing leadership - Marketing Director TUI Group Employee Review

Marketing leadership who joined from SKY are pretty toxic and my personal experience was pretty appalling. I had a cross section of people apologising for the terrible approach. Overall, they are going through a 'transformation', which is code for a confused consultant driven restructure, with a revolving door in middle management. At lower levels, teams are set against each other, so expect challenging stakeholder management. Overall, sociopaths do well in this environment, otherwise, I would speak to people before joining and avoid if going anywhere near marketing.
