Going down hill fast - Production TS Tech Employee Review

This place has become a joke. There is no work life balance. You work until you are exhausted, then you have excessive days off. Management is a complete joke. All they do is figure out how to reduce help. Have 1 person do the job of 3, don't pay them for the extra work they are required to do. Complain why quality is down. Always pointing fingers instead of looking at their own roles. This has all happened in the last 6 years
