      Pros

      TPC is a true people first company, never really micromanaged and if the possibility of failure was in the air, they gave me the tools, resources and confidence to get out of a rut.

      Pros

      Good leaders and managers who respected you. I could tell my work was making an impact, helping our customers/companies get the training they needed to stay safe in their industrial jobs.

      Cons

      The pay was on the lower side.
