Some of the employees are great

Cons

Lack of communication and transparency, lack of strategy. The departments are lock within themselves and don't like to collaborate with others when it is in fact necessary. You don't know what is going on in the company. They are not customer-centric so instead of thinking in nurturing the client, the they think how much more money they can get out of them without offering higher quality products/services.
