      Good leaders and managers who respected you. I could tell my work was making an impact, helping our customers/companies get the training they needed to stay safe in their industrial jobs.

      Two days so it seems cheaper

      Cons

      There thought is all digital format with little to no hands on. People need to learn hands on and not how to click a computer mouse. Trying to give the basics with our the full experience. Seems like other companies offer more hands on experience
