Pros
There are literally no good things I can say that I learned from working there, expect to keep my cool during stressful times, because drama was always happening there.
Cons
Probably the worst environment any one can work for. A girl in the office cries everyday. Favorites are definitely identified and known. The turn over is ridiculously high. There are only people that stay there because they would not be able to make it in the normal corporate America because they are not professional enough, or they are required to stay for a visa or they will get deported. The CEO once said to me, "it is my goal to get everyone here as fat as possible." No understanding that salary employees should have freedom of time so long as they are meeting quota. I got reprimanded for being a minute late. Literally, one minute, it was like hell froze over. They enforce with strict Japanese work ethics and this is America. You will get treated as if you are a child. Within weeks of getting hired you will notice how much everyone hates working there, and is also looking for another job on the side.
