Pros

Job is very visual so it is very satisfying when you complete a project. Also, the different people you meet and work with are fun.

Cons

There are quite a few. 1. HIGH stress level and no work/life balance. 2. Unqualified Upper Management who runs the Division like a High School Popularity Contest. Blatant favoritism over knowledge and work ethic. 3. Lack of training at all levels; especially new mgmt. (Even though there is a person with the title Regional Trainer) 4. No communication on upcoming projects anymore; they just show up on people's schedules 5. Days of service being changed with no notice; one week they are Tuesday and the next they are Friday. 6. Territories are way too big to effectively manage; are constantly growing and changing. No compensation except a gas card. They change based on who cannot get the work done so others get punished with more work; but all Supervisors make the same pay. 7. As a salary Supervisor, you can be ordered to go help in other areas; even if you have open work in your own. 8. If a Supervisor position becomes open, they force you to run it for months with no extra compensation. 9. Merchandiser pay is not competitive; very few if any raises given to them. 10. Supervisor pay never changes; no raises or bonus programs for performance 11. Cutting out of Supervisors to add Market Assistants who cannot do the same level of work; very ineffective. 12. "911" emergencies all the time. This goes back to the lack of communication and structure of "aces in their places"
