- The company makes great efforts to hire talented people with lots previous of experience under their belt, which is great and makes sense but due to that, those opportunities aren't promoted internally as much, resulting in less career opportunity - Since we are all working remotely you're less likely know/get to chat with people outside of your team or from Leadership, so it's harder to get a sense of what's going on in the business
