Stay away from this place - Anonymous employee TLM Partners Employee Review

The CEO is the worst micro manager I've ever had the displeasure of working for. He would get involved in all aspects the interviewing process and just creates havoc in actual projects. He demeans and screams at people in private, but then feigns caring about the people employed when talking to big groups. He surrounds himself with only the people that will tell him "yes" and then lies to the employees when they have round after round of lay offs and tells them that everything is just fine. I wish I would have known what I know now before I accepted the offer. Just SO glad to no longer be working there.
