      Pros

      Working at TikTal has been great so far, everyone has been extremely welcoming and training is very extensive and covers everything needed to be able to fully understand the role and how to succeed. The energy in the team is great and the company has a great work life balance with the remote working structure.

      Cons

      Nothing bad to say about the company, they have been great! Would be nice to meet the team in person but everyone is all around the world.

      You can work remotely worldwide

      Cons

      A toxic environment, leaders don't know how to guide the team (they don't know what needs to be done and simply assume you should find a solution), they are not clear or honest with clients, and they put you in embarrassing situations with clients, causing a lot of frustration for everyone.
