processo feito sem a recrutadora ligar a câmera em nenhum momento. e esse tipo de atitude deixa o participante numa posição complexa. nunca havia participado de uma entrevista dessa forma.

I had a mixed interview experience at TikTal. My first interview was with the recruiter and despite her telling me she would get back to me soon to let me know if successful or not, I didn't hear from her for 5 weeks despite following up. I think this is unprofessional and disrespectful. When someone has put their time and effort into interviewing with you I feel you should at least respond to their emails even if just with an "I don't have any update yet." On the other had, I had a great experience with the second interview which was with a few of the management team. They were all positive, engaged, clear, welcoming, and straight to the point.
