Pros
This has been the absolute best working experience I've had so far. Previous positions at both small and large companies, I've felt very insignificant and just a number, always siloed. Here I feel very trusted and that there are no restrictions on what I can do and accomplish. I've been given opportunities that I wouldn't have ever dreamed myself if being able to earn elsewhere. I've learned so much h in just a year and really do feel respected and trusted by everyone straight to the really awesome President of the company. Many times I'll come up with an idea and just run with it till someone says stop, or no. Hasn't happened yet and I've been rewarded for taking initiative. Year end party is the best. Honestly a great opportunity to get to know HQ, and remote employees. You'll be able to build bonds, explore dc and have the best time.
Cons
Healthcare is not the best. I also feel that I'm a bit undercompensated but thats been made up for in incredible opportunities and experiences i wouldn't have had the chance at at any other company. I truly feel this will pay off in the end
