      Cons

      Benefits are pretty bad. 1% 401k match. OK medical, 4 weeks of use or lose leave. You cannot take more than 2 weeks of leave in a row.

      The people and management are caring about it's employees. Flexible schedule. Meaningful projects.

      Cons

      Contracts can be uncertain and lots of legacy code with outdate tech stack.
