Pros
TEK is a great company to start your career with. They really develop you into a professional and give you a good opportunity or vehicle to make a decent living. They are a high integrity organization and have a good mind set about what leads our industry and what we need to do to stay on top. Overall, the company is a good place. Overall the actual job satisfaction is decent, not great.
Cons
After some time you do begin to feel limited. There are not too many options to grow profesionally. There is a glass ceiling here but you usually find that out after you are earning a decent living and now you become trapped. At an office level there can be much improvement. The leadership is strong but it is hard to roll out across 90 offices with the same consistent message. You are either in or out. It does have a cult like feel. You feel very alone if you dont go with what they want you to go with. At end of day it is a sales job, so lots of lows and highs, but that is any sales job.
