Pros
The only genuinely positive things I can say are about the middle management people. They are all genuinely trying their best to balance the directives of the Directors and CEOs and the actual practical day to day operations.
Cons
WFH: They claim the position is "flexible" but only allow one work from home day, unless you've worked for the company for more than. FIVE YEARS. There is no company cohesion. There are so many moving parts of the company that do not interact with each other, but somehow dictate each other's operations. Training: people are constantly trained incorrectly or not at all, myself included. If you show any talent or initiative the company will immediately try to exploit you for more than you are paid for. DO NOT WORK HERE
