Pros
I was into contract hire as the policy with R2H. As they noted me at the time of 6 months to 8 months I would be converted as direct payroll, as the same I was converted as a direct employee. I really had a great experience with TekSystem with all the support every time I needed. Especially the point of contact is more humble and clear about the process we have between client and the parent.
Cons
Apart from the communication and the knowledge shared between client and parent management employee was no given a right choice of information about the process he is going to take care. The process in the sense about the working technology and the time of work. As a R2H, I was said there will be no weekend shift and there will be was nature of devops. But I was deployed into production support into a legacy technologies. Apart everything Tek better choice to have as an R2H.
