Teksystems has no pay structure laid out for junior engineers, meaning there is zero opportunity for advancement if hired as such. You can be hired as a normal developer, sold as a senior developer, work overtime (salaried, thus for free) and still be stiffed on your bonus. On contract you may never hear from your TEK bosses by design so they dont have to performance review or evaluate you positively.
