If you’re ok with accepting lies from management, then this is the perfect job for you! If you’re ok with speaking the truth only to be shut down with more lies, then this isn’t the job for you. You can give a person knowledge but you can’t make them think. Some people want to remain fools because the truth requires changes. If you lack in integrity, this is the perfect job for you! Too many politics, great workers getting blacklisted for not conforming to the lies they tell. No structure, no organization, lack of great leaders, and too many incompetent leaders. Everyone turns a blind eye when there is clear evidence of discrimination and corporate injustice. Teksystems is the epitome of a corporation atrocity! Don’t waste your time going to HR because they will side with management. The new motto is “Own Change” but are they really??? I don’t think so. No one wants to see or own change: especially if it means taking the fun out of the work environment such as drinking liquor and smoking marijuana at the job. I’ve never worked for a company where people are open about their drug use. Teksystems is a drug free work environment and should be providing a safe work environment and yet they do not. It’s a high stressed environment when it doesn’t need to be if great leaders were in place.
