Pros
Great Training Stay for one year and get out (Makes yourself more marketable) Great company to put on your resume Teaches you how to become a professional quickly
Cons
50K once you hit 3K in spread. Could take 5 to 10 months on average. 38K until then. They throw you into a skill set you may not reach your full potential in Extremely political company and upper management is the only people that make money. There are three offices full of recruiters all recruiting on the same positions so very high competition. No upward movement in the downtown office. They will put you through the sales program for months and there is a good chance you won't be promoted. You need to have roughly 9 to 13 contractors at a time to make commission They do a great job at feeding information to you that is not always true. Sounds good but is not a reality. " TEK Kool-Aid" The company is too large so they don't actually care about your growth as a professional you can be replaced very quickly. 10 hour work days. They say 8 to 5pm but they want you in at 7:30 til 5:30 everyday even if there are no positions If there are no positions to work on they tell you to remain proactive and usually blame recruiters and delivery for not producing. Account managers don't get much blame. Account managers who shouldn't be there and don't bring in business end up staying. (Back to no Growth)
