Pros
Account managers and recruiters seem interested in keeping in touch with you about your contract, making sure you are happy working for their client. They also offer free training for their contractors.
Cons
The hourly rate they offer is often less than what you could get at another consulting company. I've worked for them on three contracts now, and all three of them paid less than the rate I told them I needed -- which was my bottom rate at other consulting companies. TEK typically paid $2 to $5 less per hour.
