They fire easily usually over petty things, management sucks they don’t engage with employees unless they need something or you need them to do something otherwise doors always closed, they make promises they don’t plan to keep, only nice to you if they want something from you, don’t hire enough people so you are overworked or expected to work beyond your limits to fill spaces they should be filling. Honestly I could go on but those are the main things.
