      Pros

      Company defends you and supports its employees on site regarding safety and over reach. Older employees were on point, well organized and hard working, felt inspired to work by the dedication of the majority of the staff at my location, everyone has some bad apples

      Cons

      Customer employees would take liberties and the union wasnt interested in helping individuals

      Pros

      I worked 10 yrs for Robinson Solutions and a dog would get better treatment. Im glad I left on medical to find out 7 yrs later 10, 000 was owed severance and termination. No union rep told me jack squat. Theirs interest on that money I know they went caw never breathed a word. Team group is the successor but are they to blame? I had big operation

      Never know or getting the representation you are owed and who your superiors were I never worked for Team group
