      Many opportunities to develop your career as there are diverse projects handled within tdcx.

      Cons

      As the hurdle to join bpo industry is lower than other fields, you have to make sure if u want to develop your career in this industry before joining else you might ruin your career path. There is a lot of internal politics you might be involved in as you go up to the higher position. And as many other bpo companies, you will have hard time contacting and getting answer with hr department.
