If the company was spending more money on making the employer feel good at the workplace than self advertisement, this might be a great company. What you see is NOT what you get. The management is manipulating people on a very subtle level, convincing you to sign documents, which later will be only for the benefit of the company. Management is playing with the terms, laws just for they own advantages. Don't expect that if something happens this company will care for you. You will just be substituted. 0 values for human values. And if you want to be a modern slave in this digital environment, go for it! Most of the reviews you are reading are fake, because they are convincing their employees to do it. And sure, they don't won't to loose their jobs!
