-Turnover is ridiculous, I've never seen a place so bad -Inconsistency, you'll pour your heart and soul into a project just for it to get cut -Communication outside your department is difficult and leads to a lot of crossed wires -Slow response times. Everything is trend-based, but before moving forward you have to present your info in half a dozen meetings to push things through. By then it's old news -Awful burnout. I had 12-hour days, was working over the weekend, and often had to forgo lunch and breaks (which is illegal but whatevs). And, going off that there is no work/life balance. They want the work to be your life
