Real-term pay cuts every year - Anonymous employee Syngenta Employee Review

Every year pay rises are less than inflation. Come March, the spending power of my salary drops. Management are obsessed with spending huge amounts of money with other companies to do work for them, but when it comes to maintaining staff pay they always claim there's not enough to go around. Furthermore, progression is stagnant and opportunities are few and far between. This year they have also cut pensions and reduced holiday flexibility.
