      Culture is laid back and friendly

      Cons

      Going through a tough financial time as a company. Payrises delayed from April to October 2025, 150 job losses in Basel HQ, hiring freeze, reduced pension contributions and no bonuses are expected in 2025. Still encouraged to "go over and above" for the company but pay, conditions and benefits are all being eroded.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
