Pros
A brand in the agri industry
Cons
Political, unprofessional, insecure leadership. Power obsessed and egotistical. HR is as bad, if not worse. They have a history of firing people on whim and fancy. Several new joiners have left within a few months of joining. Some existing employees bully and scream in meetings and humiliate others. If toxic workplace had an example, then this is it. Global and APAC leadership turn a blind eye to the megalomania in India. Diversity is a farce--extreme hierarchy and traditional setup. Young meritorious people, especially women, are likely to find the culture that of the stone age. You necessarily have to be submissive, scared, and non-ambitious to survive the politics here. Even if someone is desperate for a job, it is not advisable to join this organisation for the sake of retaining one's sanity. 360 degree feedback does not include feedback on manager and is often vague and politically manoeuvred. The leadership lacks basic ethics and maturity to run a business. It is anything but a 'great place to work'.
