      Solid training and great opportunities. Good leadership and very good benifits for todays workforce.

      Cons

      Most opportunities require relocation. Pay is average could be more considering amount to time needed in season.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
