      Glass ceilings, very hard, if not rare, to get a raise or promotion. Wages seem below Monsanto.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
