Great work environment, strong values, generous pay and benefits

Poor management and decision-making skills. Lacks a proper identity and culture with continuous changes over the past 5 years. Ongoing uncertainly make it difficult for staff to settle down to work. Senior Management focus often is to prove themselves to higher ups - sometimes to the detriment of those below them.
